LuxeMartHub currently ships across India.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping is available on eligible products and promotional offers.

If shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
LuxeMartHub reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, products, or high-risk orders.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details (where available).
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
10. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

11. Lost Shipments
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us.
We will coordinate with our courier partner to investigate the shipment and provide an appropriate resolution.
12. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for eligible return requests.
