1. Return Eligibility

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
To qualify for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, tags, and invoice.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may affect return eligibility.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or another mutually agreed method.

6. Replacement Policy
Eligible products may qualify for a replacement instead of a refund if:
